Error listing disabled, error during integration

Error listing disabled, error during integration

Hello,

Our company joined Airbnb this past year. Our listings are pulled from Ciirus(based in Florida, new to North Carolina), the current software we use for reservations. We have been getting an email error message saying a listing has been disabled, error encountered during integration. When this happens we have to re-authorize the listing to get it to show back up on Airbnb. It appears the listings are being disabled by default, per Airbnb's settings once an error is encountered. When our listings are disabled, our homeowners checking on their properties do not see them showing up on Airbnb and this causes conflict. We have over a hundred properties, so when all of them are disabled it takes hours to fix the problem, then the next day it happens again and we have to start over. We have contacted both Airbnb and Ciirus multiple times to try and resolve the issue and we have not yet been given a clear response, nor any solution. Please help if you can!

I have Ciirus too. I ran into a big problem last week. I see you are/were having issues too.

One of my Plus listings was permanently disabled by Airbnb because Ciirus is not up to date on the security settings. They told me so themselves. It is the area where it asks you if you have a camera, or dangerous conditions.

Since you have so many properties, please be aware that Airbnb does not care if Ciirus is not up to date and will disable listings if that section is not checked. And if you are fully synced, you will not be able to check that required area.

I was told by my rep... not the tech team which I reached out to first... to change from fully synced to pricing and availability only to be able to click the security options. But it was too late for me.

Since Ciirus is not taking action to fix this, I am reaching out to let the other Ciirus clients know because we lost a lot of revenue as Airbnb cancelled all my reservations. And this should have never happened in the first place. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions. I hope this helps you!
