Error message 404 when trying to add payout details

I am getting a 404 error when add a new payout setting.

I’m having the same issue and have done for a few days. Slightly concerning as obviously can’t retrieve the money I’ve earnt (I’ve only hosted for a few months and not set up a previous payout menthod). Anyone else know what is going on?
