Experience a strange behavior or a bug !

I am experience a strange behavior when i log inn to my Airbnb site.

This started a week ago when i checked my dashboard and got a notification where it said that me and my guest had left a review and it was now public.

I like this function where I get the notification, but this time i got the same notification duplicated 6 times ? 

I did view it and then dismissed them.

Thought at the time it was strange but didn’t do anything with it. 

 

A few days later I noticed that under reservation where I can see who is coming to check inn and check out that there are some of my customer missing from the list.

They are still in my inbox and the conversation i have with them so they haven’t canceled it is just a strange behavior on my Airbnb site?

 

Then yesterday when i checked back on my Airbnb site suddenly my hosting summary has gone to 0 in overall rating and 5 - star reviews ? Another strange behavior since I had a 4.8 overall rating and a 84% 5 - star reviews.

 

Have anyone else experience problem like this? 

I would be glad to hear from you. Here is a picture of the duplicated notification

Airbnb is currently experiencing a communication issue.  It is more about how messages are being handled and is not really about the reviews themselves.  You should log your bug here: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/feedback
