Experiences: Repeatedly making me update things I already did

I submitted an experience, and a few weeks later I got an email saying (basically) "All good, please update two sections (What we'll do and Where we'll be)" which I have done. After that, they keep messaging me to do the same thing, and I have contacted support, who write messages to me that are not even in correct English to the point that they make no sense. I have updated now around 20 times and they keep sending senseless messages, does anyone have any idea what to do? I have also submitted changes repeatedly, and it keeps randomly saying that "your changes are not submitted".

 

Please help.

 

Christmas is already here. I don't know what to do.

How are you contacting support, @Gautam20 ? If you haven't tried twitter, see if that works. (It's AirbnbHelp.) It can be quicker and easier. 

The other thing you could try is within the sections themselves. Something isn't being recognized. Have you tried changing the word counts - making them shorter or longer?
