I have a guest who checked in earlier in the week and wants to extend their stay. How do I do this? I don’t seem able to just ask for an additional sum of money
Go to your list of reservations and click the 3 dots on the right, choose "Change or cancel" and go through the process of adding the new dates.
Double check it puts the correct price, if not alter it.
Guest has to accept the change for it to be a confirmed reservation.
