Extra Guests

Hi, my last reservation was for two guests for four nights but on inspection after they left it appears that there have been more people staying for which I charge extra for. The recycling wheelie bin was overflowing with wine, gin and beer bottles and the kitchen was left in a bit of a state. I have had to rewash every single item and the floor was left sticky and dirty from spills etc. I would like to know if there is anything I can do about this as I have no absolute proof and don't want to antagonize my last guest.

The only thing you can do is leave a cryptic review on the cleanliness issue and give them a thumbs down.  You can reveal all your suspicions in the private feedback to airbnb.

@Jane386 Do request money through Airbnb. You will find the right button over the messages with them. Make sure to take pictures to support your claim. And request the missing amount for their stay.
