Extra Guests

I have a family of 3 (father, mother, child) currently staying in my condo.  They said that their dad is coming over for a week to stay with them (they've booked my condo for a month).  Although I appreciate them telling me, is it right for me to charge that extra guest even if he's staying for a week?  They never mentioned anything before booking the place, just today right in the middle  of their stay.  I'm able to accomodate, so that's not a problem, but i was wondering if any of you have run into that situation.  thanks!

Your listing shows maximum of 4 guests and you charge an extra fee for 3rd and 4th guest.

So IMO charging the extra fee for this 4th guest should be OK. Allthough the sleeping facilities are limited (1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, i wondered how they will manage it for this group).
