Extremely Uncomfortable Reservation

We were not expecting such an uncomfortable location at the time of arrival at the host's house. It was raining, and the house had only two entrance doors, making us feel extremely vulnerable. Furthermore, you have suggested that there is a refrigarator in our room. Unfortunately, we could not find that within our room either. Our room felt extremely small, and congested, and our movements felt extremely limited. We were overall highly unsatisfied with our experience at your house. We would really appreciate a refund. Thank you for your help.
