I don't believe there is anything from AirBnB that can be done. The same answer seems to come no matter what error was made; once the review is posted, it can't be edited or removed. I had one host have a brain freeze and wrote the previous guest's name as my husband's name when we stayed the next night. I just wanted to change it because it looks like I had a tryst with someone other than my honey in some far off city, LOL. I was touting to everyone about using AirBnB and looking at my own listing, and some have read my reviews... "Who is Tom??? Does Dave know about him?" Anyway, both she and I tried, but we couldn't get it corrected. I suggest having him write the correct review text to you in messaging, and then you post a response to his incorrect review, citing you are quoting him since he can't correct his review.
