Families

How does the system know when a family is reviewing the property? Is there something I can do to assure that families are leaving the review properly, so that it is 'registered' as a "family review"? For example, Airbnb is showing me in my Progress that we have only 1 Family Review that is 5-star. However, I know differently. We have quite a few families that have stayed with us (multi-generational families) that have given us 5 stars. What can I do to update this within the system? Any ideas?

I was always under the impression that if children are listed on the reservation that it will count as a "family review." I have only had one reservation which listed the children and adults out separately (2 adults, 2 children.) And I only have 1 "5 Star Reviews from families" listed on my 'what to work on: family collection.'

@Dawn405 @Emilia42 yes, Airbnb considers reservations including children, and only such reservations, to be "family" bookings.

Ok, that's helpful, thank you! Any ideas on how to "promote" that idea...that if you are a family with children, to be sure and book that way? Do we state that in our Description of the property or is there some other means?
