Faster refund?

My stupid cleaning person forgot to leave the faucets running in the freezing temps we've been having, and my guests arrived to no water. 😞 I processed a refund, but the confirmation said my guests would be paid once Airbnb deducted from my next payout. That isn't for a while - is there a faster way to refund my guests?

They have the money to refund and were sitting on it so they will refund out of whatwas due to you.

Seems to take a week.

Anyone can make a mistake - calling someone who works for you - stupid for doing this  is rather harsh.
