About six months ago I had some silly feedback left on my property although the rating was very high and I have been a super host for well over a year. I contacted Airbnb and asked if this one could be removed and because it sits there As the first thumbnail feedback on any search on. I told Airbnb that it would result in much less book in revenue but they declined to listen or understand the situation. I have now just lost my super host rating and my revenue from Airbnb has dropped from 90% to 10% of my total property revenue. booking.com and HomeAway.com are thriving much to the detriment of Airbnb. Has anybody else had a similar experience it seems that Airbnb are just focused on The large markets of Europe and America and when it comes to New Zealand they just can’t give a **bleep**.
Its from November and our last one from an nz resident. For the local market only those in nz show up and ever since that mixed feedback we have had minimal interest from nz airbnb.
No issue with other rental web services as they are all full on.
