Feedback/suggestions to improve my listing.

Hello wonderful hosts,

I was wondering if you could review my listing and give any feedback or suggestions on how I can improve it and attract more guests. I have been hosting on Airbnb on and off (which is why I never have required stays to get a super host status) but I want to host on a more regular basis. I try to keep the price competitive for my neighborhood to attract more guests as well as try to be detailed so to set the right expectations with the guests. But I am sure I can use some suggestions to improve it.
