Figuring out Fees

Working on tax prep for my accountant.  Can someone explain what is the Guest Service Fee and Host Service Fee?  From my understanding the Occupancy taxes get collected and paid by Airbnb?  If so, is there away to check to make sure I have paid the necessary taxes?  Then I noticed another Property tax fee, I'm not sure of what this is??    Thanks for your help.

@Nancy1521   The guest service fee is what the guest pays to AirBnB for the privilege of booking via the website.  It is not paid to you.  The Host service fee is the amount assessed by AirBnB for processing the guest payment, typically 3% of the guest total.  This fee is deducted from your payout, so it should be reflected in your taxes.
