Filters and Search - We need more options!

We should be able to filter by cancellation policy, yes? If I know I can't take the chance on a Strict policy, I don't want the first thirty places I look at to have Strict policies.

There should also be something that once you look at a place and decide its not for you, move it to the bottom of the search history or page, or a way to flag it.

We should also be able to search by price high to low and vice versa, like on Amazon etc. Or highest rated!

Anyone know how to do any of these things?
