Fradualent charges

I was charged for something i have not booked there is nothing in the history of the account!!! The code is [***sensitive information hidden***] 

 

I want a refund, not bull**bleep** email that one of my relatives did it, I live alone, nobody has access to my credit card!!!

@Mojca15  You should contact your Airbnb customer support; this is the host and guest community, nobody can help you!

I contacted them 10000 times, AIRBNB stole my money there are fradualent charges on my credit card!!!!
