Fraudulent Reservation and no one is replying

Background:
April 5 about 11:00pm I got a charge for about $400 for a booking. The listing is clearly fake with cell phone photos of a screen, gibberish host name and listing name.

Later at night I got another charge for a resolution center charge for about $400. Not sure for what. I think a trip extension?

For all these actions I'm not getting any emails or notifications of anything happening on the account - usually when things happen I get emails and txts.

My Actions:

I called Airbnb 15 minutes after the initial charge and they opened a ticket.

I changed my password 30 minutes after the initial charge.

It's been 3 days and no one has emailed or called me back. Money is still not returned. Calling the emergency # the agent is unable to provide any further detail. Any one know how to contact the fraud department directly?

@Arseny1

You can not contact the Trust and Safety department directly. But be persistent and contact CS again,as you should be properly informed bout your case.

Best regards,

Emiel
