Future bookings

Hi

the previous owner of my property accepted future bookings on my behalf.

we now own the property.

how do I ensure the payment our guests make on checkout are processed to my profile/bank account?

What the owner should have done is to stop taking longer term bookings and let you set up a listing from when the house was sold you could take the bookings directly.

Presumably you have now set up your own listing. If so you need to block out the dates when there are booking and have the owner contact Airbnb to see if they would agree to transfer the bookings to your listing. 

Alternatively you could ask the owner to add you as a co-host to his account and change the payment details but they might not be willing to do this if they have other listing.

Something you need to discuss with the owner.
