Ok, So I had to cancel on a guest because I had to fumigate the apartment I have for rent. ABB is trying to charge me $100 off my next guest because I cancelled on this one, but the reason was valid. I am trying to make sure they don't charge the $100 hoe do I get in touch with them before my next guest arrives to resolve this?
Did you involve ABB before cancelling the guest? If not, it is valid in Abb-terms.
The penalty have nothing to do with your future guest - only the payout amount - but if you have questions regarding your account, you'll need to contact ABB support. Search these pages if you're unsure about how to.
