Getting information to my guests.

Hi,

I need to attach a form for my guests to hand in to security when arriving at my gated community.  However, it seems that the attachment is not showing itself through the Airbnb messaging system.  How can I resolve this please.

Send it through your own e-mail using the ABB e-mail address you received when you booked the guest.

And then, send the guest a message through the ABB platform advising them that you've sent, under separate e-mail, a form for them to fill out so they can check their junk folders or whatever.

I hope this makes sense.
