Getting super host back

When cancelling a reservation, I read that you can get Super Host back ... anyone know how we can do that?

Well, if you don't have a Really good reason to contact Airbnb and convince them why you had to cancel and for them to lift the penalty, it'll be a whole year sans Super host status.

The superhost tag doesn't show in searches anymore, not since the host pictures went missing. Just so you know! Maybe it will go altogether, who knows?
