Google doesn't have my street listed. I put my correct address - it changes to a street behind me.

Check this topic https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Hosting/New-listing-location-setting/m-p/586827#M135403 @Lexie3. You should be able to put the street manually (I was) and even set the pinpoint.
