Government ID to AirBnB

I have confirmed the first two guests but neither has provided Government ID which I believe I ticked. Can I ask AirBnb to contact them and ask. Both are new to AirBnB and neither has any reviews.

@Gareth74 . The government ID required is only for Instant Book reservations. If you have guests coming who don't have government ID, chances are you pre-approved them even though they had not gone through this verification step.

I have no idea if AirBNB would ask them to upgrade their verifications to include Government ID. [My gut reaction is, no they won't, but I could be wrong!]

@Gareth74, This just happened to me. When I contacted Airbnb to ask about it they told me it was a glitch. and that the guest did upload a government ID but it wasn't showing on the profile, for some reason. They were going to pass it along to tech support. You may want to contact them and let them know you are having the same problem.
