I have been a Superhost multiple times. My first guests (also a Host) this season left a fantastic 5*review, however Airbnb have chosen to place it hidden in amongst my 2016 reviews. Potential guests will have to trawl through over 100 reviews before they can see it … I complained to Airbnb who replied by sending me the usual … referring to their standard one size fits all set answers. When I complained I received a phone call next day who repeated the above ridiculous answers. On making my opinion very clear I was then informed several Hosts have also complained about this and it’s a software problem which they are aware of but will only fix it when they receive more complaints from Hosts

Are you seeing this on your profile or on the listing? On your profile, the reviews appear in date order with the most recent first. On the listings, they are ordered by the language and nationality of the guest. It's been that way for a long time.
If neither of those apply, then maybe it is a technical glitch, but I am not having any problems with this.
