Guest asking for a discount

We have a drop-ceiling in a basement bathroom. One of the tiles apparently came loose when a guest was in the shower and hit him on the head.  (I believe the previous guest may have dislodged the tile from its frame, since it was discovered by the cleaners, who replaced it.)  He wasn't injured but is now asking for a discount on the family's stay owing to the mishap.  The guests already received a 20% discount on the normal rate since they were among the first three guests to reserve the house when it was first listed.  Question:  should I offer to provide a reduction or not?  I had the ceiling repaired while they were in the house.

if I see another "discount" word here on Airbnb CC I'll kill myself! 

 

tell him he already got 20% discount and if he wants another 20% he should relocate because you would lose instead of earning any money

All the signs of a low quality guest. Is he demanding it or just subtly asking for it?
