Guest being told Not Possible when the room is open

I have 3 different guest send an inquiry for different rooms get am Not Possible . But the room was open to book. I have been trying for days to figure this out. Has this been happening to anyone else?

Yes. It’s idiotic. Airbnb flags some guests for potential parties, being under 25, credit card issues, etc. but let’s them contact hosts then blocks them from booking. It’s really annoying for the guests and the hosts.
