I have two guests stayed at my house yesterday and they smoking in the living room. They wrote me a review once check out and I did wrote a bad review on the same day too. 10mins later, she cancel the reservation and I am not able to request money from them. There is RM50 fine for smoking in my house.
@Emiel1 This is a very rare case, the guest cancel the reservation 3hrs after check out after we both wrote the review, she seem not happy with the review and cancel the reservation immediately.
There is an error when I try to ask money via resolution, showing processing error..
Right now I’m talking with one of the customer support, I hope they can help.
