Guest cancellation

Hi to all

I have a moderate cancellation policy. A guest who was due in tomorrow for 6 nights has cancelled. 

Am I right in thinking that I am eligible for 50% payment. 

I can't quite understand it in the info.

I am with you, @Margaret258 .  It can be confusing because there are a couple of variables in the cancellation policy.  One is when the booking was made and one is when the cancellation was requested..  Assuming the booking was made at least 49 hours ago, and then cancelled within 5 days of the check in date, you should get a 50% refund.  What is unclear to me is whether the sixth day is 50% or 100%.  Anyway, I find that travelers change their minds, so I do not count on the income.  Travelers are pretty savvy about getting a full refund, sad but true.
