Guest cannot book after pre-approved

Hi my first guest is having trouble booking the room after I pre-approved the application. He is seeing the error:

 

Error

Could not complete

Input was malformed

 

Could someone help?

Hi @Jingchao0,

 

See if your guest or yourself has a Twitter account and tweet your issue to @Airbnbhelp and they tend to handle issues like this rather quickly.  I don't think you or anyone else on this forum can help as it sounds like a technical issue.

Thanks Dave! I'm a first time host, so I don't know where to report tech issue. It would be nice if airbnb has an online customer help center.

Hi @Jingchao0,

 

Airbnb does have a contact number.  As a new host, I would highly recommend you use the search function of this Community Center as there are lots of answers to questions.  The search bar is your friend.  I was only suggesting Twitter because many get help right away and there has been quite a few people who have had difficulty getting in touch with Airbnb through their phone system.
