We had a guest who had stayed at the house 1 year earlier and loved it , they came back and after 2 of their 5 nights tild me they want to check out 2 days early . They said the AC over the bed had leaked water on them at night while sleeping . We do have a strict cancelation policy . I had our staff go check the AC unit and clean it out. I have Asked Airbnb to refund him the 2 nights as i dont want to get into bad reviews on either end . I see that Airbnb waits until i have my next rental to refund them the money . Should i have dealt with this privately on my own
