Guest lost my key and is not responding in the chat. What to do?

I was renting out my flat for the Oktoberfest in Munich. The guest lost my key. I dont know how much it will cost, but the guest is not responding. What can I do in this case?

Organise for someone to fit new keys @Serge80 

 

Bill the guest for the costs through the platform.

 

I'm sure the guest will communicate with you when you inform him you are changing the locks as he won't be able to get in 🙂. Make sure he pays you before you give him a new key.

 

 

The guest already moved out. That was several days ago. I dont know how much it will cost and how long it will take to actually do it. Is it still possible to bill the gust after 1-2 month? I am afraid to miss some timelines.

Ah you said they were staying of Octoberfest so presumed they would be there until October.

 

No you can't bill a guest whose stay was 1-2 months ago.  You have I believe two weeks to lodge a claim but if you look at the link I shared with you above it hasWh the details.

 

Why didn't you lodge a claim at the time? @Serge80
