Guest misinterpreted common spaces as common room

In my listing description, I have stated the following:

The space

Our Family Suite is a 2 Bedrooms apartment with fascinating city view. It can comfortably fit 8 pax with solid full double beds (no floor mattress) and up to 10 pax (with extra sofa beds).

and

Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1
2 queen beds

Bedroom 2
2 queen beds

Common spaces
2 sofa beds

After the guest has checked in to our apartment, he found out that there was only 2 bedrooms which he is expecting 3 rooms including the common space. Although we tried to explain to him, but seems like he is not very happy with the explanation. We having hosting more than 100 guests, and no issue so far.

Any advice?

Thanks!

@Karen1922

Your listing clearly mentions there are 2 bedrooms.

It also mentions there are 2 sofabeds located in a common space.

(i guess the livingroom, as pictured)

best regards,

I am a little confused @Karen1922 . You say:-

"he found out that there was only 2 bedrooms which he is expecting 3 rooms including the common space".

That is what I would expect if I read your descriptions - two bedrooms and a common space - so 3 rooms.

The guest is expecting the common space to be the "3rd room". Common space here is actually referring to living room.

@Karen1922 .. do you refer to your suite#21 or #22?
