Guest no show - do I need to do anything?

What happens now? I had a guest make a two day reservation for last weekend. The Reaervation was made last Wednesday which is inside the refund policy based on my "moderate" refund policy in my listing. To the best of my knowledge, the guest never arrived. I tried reaching out to the guest several times through the application over the weekend with no response. The payment seems to be in process. Is there anything I need to do? I have scoured the Airbnb website looking for any way to contact Airbnb with now luck. Is the money still mine as I denied other requests based on

There is nothing to do for a no-show and unless the guest's no-show is a result of extenuating circumstances, the money should be yours.  If the guest contacts you make sure you use the portal for all correspondence.

Thanks for the feedback. I will do nothing for now. I can't imagine the guest will just let this go but who knows? Even though it was their fault for going unresponsive.

Is there anyway to avoid a bad review since they never showed up? I assume they also received a survey since  Airbnb is not aware they did it show up. If so how do I contact Airbnb to avoid any bad review?

I would wait for now.  Chances are they will not leave a review, but if they do leave one, you can contact Airbnb to remove it since they did not stay.
