Guest receiving error message and unupdated calendat messages when I'm booked

I've had several guests contact me for dates when I'm booked saying that my listing shows up as available when they do an initial search but, when they go to book, they receive an error message or a message that I haven't updated my calendar.  My calendar is digitally synced with my online reservation system and I've checked the connections and everything is syncing. Also, some of the dates they are trying to book I have been booked for quite some time but yet my listing still shows up in their searches. The first few inquiries I received, I thought maybe it was a guest error but I have received 3 inquiries today trying to book for the same date (which has been book for a month) with 2 saying that my calendar hasn't been updated and the other guest receiving the error message. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

There is definitely something going on, @Bernie19 . I just had a conversation with Support because a guest requested an alteration to a system-blocked prep day. Saw it as open and available for the alteration, when it has been automatically blocked by the system for months. I had to decline, but it's no fun. Guest doesn't get what they want and thinks it is the host playing games or "not updating the calendar". 

In my case I contacted AirbnbHelp through Twitter and got an answer 8 hours later. The answer is just that they will look at it and cannot give me a timeline for a resolution. 

I would report your situation if you can. The more of us clamoring for a calendar fix, the faster (hopefully) it gets done.
