i refunded a guest on Monday half of the money but I have not received my half ?

You can see status of the payout regarding this reservation in Transaction History.

If reservation was cancelled, refund  (if any) is done automatically by cancellation policy.

Did you refund manually ?

I gave half the money back as I was asked if I wanted to give a full refund but I sent half to my guest

Your payout for the remainder of the reservation will be paid a day after the original check in time.  If you wish to refund in full, go to the reservation and select send money option.  Then it will be deducted from the remaining balance.
