Guest report safety issue when they stayed with me, how terrible

I am suffering a serious issue now, I even could't sleep at the first night.

Sep.12 I got email from AIRBNB which said one guest I had before reported he or she was bite by dog when they stayed in my house. AIRBNB refused to tell me who and when. And then I got phone call from the case manager. I was totally shocked because I don't have any pets and I don't allow my guest bring pets here. And most important thing is I never ever heard or noticed one guest was bite by dog. Every guest was safe when they stayed here and nobody even mentioned that kinda issue.

That case manager said this was regular investigation and I would n't get impact. I told her there was no dog in my house and either around the neighbor except my backyard neighbor. But there is fence between our backyard, so the dog couldn't come over and that dog I only saw couple times, most of time was in the house. Then I sent the backyard fence video to that manager. Then no more message from her.

I thought it was all done. But, I never know, it just started.

After that day, I didn't get any reservation or even inquiry, at the beginning I thought maybe it starts the slow season, But later on, I feel more and more weird, I had very quiet week from Sep.15 to Sep22. Till Sep.24 I checked all host booking status in my neighborhood during that week, they all booked, then I realized something wrong. I checked my status, I couldn't see all my listings on AIRBNB. I immediately called AIRBNB, the Rep. told me, I was given a ticket and all my listings were blocked! What terrible news! Nobody told me before by any way!

I asked them to release all my listings right away and had to tell me why blocked my listings without any inform and any investigation result. I heard the Rep. said that case manager was working on my case right now, and maybe 15 or 20 mins later, I got email that said all my listings restored, but the reason is because I was aware of the safety and security rules.

I was totally mad and upset, honestly I couldn't sleep that night. I didn't know why this happened to me. What safety rules I was against?? I don't have fault, maybe one guest just didn't feel well and they wanted to revenge,or they did get bite somewhere else when they stayed here. But why airbnb didn't do investigate but straight up to give me punishment.

I continually called and emailed back to asked the reason, and I am afraid in the future if same thing happened, I will get blocked again with no reason, no inform, no limited time and also no investigation result. I am also afraid what they did to me is helping someone like that guest to do more and more same terrible thing in the future to the host.

Did anyone here have same issue before? welcome to share your experience, and coz I am really suffering now...

I can imagine being "charged" by a guest with untrue accussations is bad enough but to have your listings suspended is worse.  I suppose Air BNB has to investigate, especially when there is a safety issue, but the way it is handled is not very host friendly.  They should let the host know what steps will be taken and the time line of the steps.  Open and transparent communication is needed.

I have been contacting with airbnb for few days what I should do for this kinds issue in the future. No reply. Every time I called them, one Rep. was always saying there would be a case manager would contact with me. But nothing happened.

Finally the same case manager who handled my case emailed me back for my previous mails. Just saying that is the necessary measure, and nothing else. No explanation. 

This is not host friendly community and not transparent either.
