I have a reservation that was recently amended as the initial booking was made stating 1 guest only. As there are 5 guests intended to stay, i requested extra money for guests on the reservation which was accepted by the guest. The guest has contacted me saying she can't see the receipt for the extra money put aside for the reservation. I'd like to put her mind at ease with this confirmation of extra funds. Please help.
Hello @Luke70
If you need to make a change to a confirmed reservation, you can submit a change request to your host.

As a host you can modify and control the price for your reservation.
If you need to make a change to a confirmed reservation, you can submit a change request to your guest. You can request to change the dates of the reservation, the price, the number of guests, and the specific listing (if you have more than one).

Have a wonderful summer!

Thanks for your reply Ramona, I had already managed to change the reservation to include the extra people which was accepted by the guest. The guest wants a receipt of the extra money to be paid. How does the guest view The receipt?
@Luke70 , I am happy you solved it.
All the guests have itinerary here, and you can send this link to your guest with an accepted reservation:
Note: If you didn’t make the reservation using your Airbnb account, please ask the person who did to get the home reservation details or receipt.
