Guest would like to rebook on a date not open yet to reserve

Hi

Wondering if anyone knows but I have a guest that is booked this Nov that has to reschedule due to a conflict with their group.  She wants to reschedule their get away weekend to a future 2020 date that isn't open yet (it's more than 6 months out).  Does anyone know if I can easily reschedule her reservation without opening up my books further than 6 months? 

I would love to accommodate this guest as they want to stay at our location when they can visit.

Before you can make the change ("change" option in the reservation), you need to open those dates temporary (to be able to select them in the change form). So without opening the dates (make them available) it is not possible to reschedule.

Thank you for the information.  I see that I can just make certain dates available without opening up the entire window.
