Hi there. I’m a bit concerned that I have a guest tomorrow who only has two reviews and one is very bad saying the guest broke a lot of their gear and stained all their bed. What should I do. I noticed there isn’t even a photo of him on his profile
@Lynda198 if u really don't feel comfortable with the guests call ABB and ask them to cancel the reservation. But not sure why u waited till the last min ??
Why arent you upfront with him and write or say personally that you saw the bad review...that you are worried but that he is welcome to stay. But that both you and him need to work on mutual expectations on tidyness, ...in order to have a good outcome
