Guests giving 4**** for communication,

Just had two guests who gave me a 4for communication when they said My communication was efficient... they had the cheek to arrive early and leave 35 minutes late...I gave them nice feedback too. Disappointed.

I think they expected communication like: not to be checked in before check-in time and kicked out at check-out time. ;>)
