Guests requesting a change of dates on a reservation while they are already staying at a place

Hi Can you advise on a policy that considers the host when a guest after staying at the apartment decides to alter the reservation?

It's up to you to decide if you accept the change in length of stay. If you decline your cancellation policy will come into effect (if they cancels and it's not subject to extenuating circumstances- and remember long term bookings have a separate cancellation policy)
