My guest who is currently staying with us for 30 days and paid up front has decided to leave 2 weeks early, he does not want a refund.
How do I adjust my booking Calendar so that I can make these new dates available for new bookings?

You should ask the guest to follow this....and you should accept the guests changes.
Change your reservation
You will still be paid because a long term guest, bookings of 28 days and more , needs to give you 30 days paid notice.
If the guest follows the above, your calender will become available again from the date the guests checks out.
You cannot because getting paid twice for the same location is not allowed on Airbnb. You can either alter the reservation to reflect the correct dates they will refund the guest for whatever portion is allowed based on your refund policy and open the dates for new reservations or you sit back and enjoy the income and have no guests.

Hi everyone
Actualy if you did communicate with your guests by writing via airbnb you can call airbnb and aply your cancelation policy .
you have to explain airbnb your case . They have acess to your messages and can see everithing on your mailbox .
if there is the proof that they left the listing for good they will unblok the dates .
keep us posted .
Hope that I helped .
