HELP ! I had my first guest....

I had my first guest, checked her reviews out, as she is a host as well on Airbnb and I had to ask her to leave after the first night, she wanted to stay an extra night that she had not already reserved.  I found evidence of drugs in my bathroom, and then after she was gone, I found that she had went through my bedroom and stole from me. How do I report her? Or what should I do??

First, and foremost, dont touch anything, and call the police. No matter what your next step is, you will need an immediate police report, showing the drug useage, and listing your stolen items.  As soon as you call the police, get on with airbnb and ask what the step by step is, to secure the security deposit that she paid. you only have 48 hours to file a claim.  Most importantly, call the police and get a police report. Their report will start the process.  Good luck, and sorry this happened on your first time out.  John
