My girlfriend book an apartment with airbnb, but it turned out that the host is an agent and he asks her to contact with the real host!!! What's worse, the price is higher than the actual rent! Can her cancel her book without penalty？

I am not entirely sure what is happening here but I recommend that you contact Airbnb immediately and let them cancel it, it sounds very dodgy. If you cancel, you will forfeit the service charges, if Air cancels it for you, you won't have to pay.
