every host wants his listing to be first in the search results 🙂 But of course, that's impossible.

@Ben776  What specifications are you referring to?  I took a look at your listings and see that a few guests have mentioned excessive construction noise on the Bat Yam listing in their reviews. You should mention in "Other things to note" that there is the potential for noise. It's aways better to warn guests ahead of time to something that could be disturbing than to end up with critical reviews. 

And because guests don't necessarily read everything (they have to click on "Read more" to see "Other things to note", I'd also make sure they are aware of that when they book.

I lived in Herzaliah Bet about 50 years ago 🙂 I can imagine it's a lot different now.
