Has anyone else had a quest let their pet out

I recently had a quests who left my front door open all night. Like all night. And one of my cats got out and never returned. Airbnb was not in my opinion very helpful and I actually no longer feel safe hosting. I posted this topic already but it disappeared. I’d love to know if anyone else has had a similar issue. 

I also would love love to know if anyone else’s profile has been locked when they were having issues with airbnb and their customer service to you as a host.

Some guests are irresponsible. Do they also leave their front door open all night where they live (at home) ? I guess not.

But what help do you expect from Airbnb ? They can not return your pet.
