Having trouble cancelling a booking

Hi, I'm trying to cancel a booking however it is requesting that I go to the website to do this - however Im on the website?

Is anyone having trouble at this time to make a cancellation?

Hi @Anna953, if you are the Host do NOT cancel the booking. If you are the Guest ring Airbnb to help you cancel it.
