Hello! My guest has extended her stay and has paid for her cleaning fee twice. How do I reimburse

Hello!  My guest has extended her stay however she has paid for the cleaning fee twice.  How can I reimburse her?

Why didn't your guest just amend her stay rather than making a new booking to avoid this? 

 

Anyway refund through the resolution centre.
