If anyone could help me, please: Ihave sold my listed apartment, but now I need to transfer the hosting to a new owner without damaging my professional reputation of a new host or in general how can I manage the procedure of exit?

@Lika14   The host retains all reviews as it was you as a host to recieve them. Bookings you can ask AirBnB for help in transferring any to the new host. You can Snooze the listing if you have open reservations still that are yours to keep before property transfer then delist, but the listing itself is not transferable. The new owner will need to setup their own listing before any bookings can be transferred to them.
