Hello from Greece !! I need help regarding tax laws

I currently have 3 properties under my name, under the same registration number . I have been informed that I can’t have more than 2 properties under my name , is that the deal ? Also , annual income must be up to 12.000 , is that per property or in total ?? 

Now one the bank account on which the payouts go towards , has the names of all 4 ofmy family members . Does that mean that the income can be divided by 4 and each pus the appropriate tax ? Would it help if I make them hosts on the properties along with myself ?
